Guarding
- Qualified guards rotate shifts 12 hourly over a period of 24 hours and provision is made in the duty roster for rest days as required by legislation
- Suitably trained and qualified personnel are on standby in the event of the non-availability of staff due to illnesss or absenteeism
- Guards are frequently visited and inspected by supervisors and management to ensure our high standards are maintained
- Each guard has his/her job description and is fully informed of what is expected of him/her
- A comprehensive documented IR procedure is in place and all IR issues are handled by IR consultants
